2. Description of Service
ask4home is a real estate demand marketplace that connects buyers and tenants with professional brokers. Users can post property demand profiles, browse demands, and initiate contact through the platform.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription Plans
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to post misleading or fraudulent demand profiles, harass other users, or violate any applicable laws. ask4home reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and functionality of the Service are the property of ask4home Platform Ltd. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
ask4home is not a party to any real estate transaction that may result from use of the platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy of demand profiles or the quality of broker services.
